Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Dropdown Co., Ltd. (hereafter "Company") and users in connection with growthcareer.xyz (hereafter "Site") and the Fan to Pro program (hereafter "Program") offered through the Site. The original Korean version of these Terms is authoritative in case of any discrepancy.

Definitions

  • "Company": Dropdown Co., Ltd. The party that develops and operates growthcareer.xyz.
  • "Site": all pages and features provided through the growthcareer.xyz domain.
  • "Program": Fan to Pro. The K‑pop entertainment job training program operated by the Company.
  • "DEEPI": a partner (production partner) that supports program operations, including instructor sourcing. A subsidiary of Union Pictures.
  • "Union Pictures": Union Pictures (K‑pop concert production studio). The party operating concert projects and the issuer of the concert project participation letter to actual participants. Provides concert project field experience to graduates who meet the operating criteria.
  • "User": any person who accesses the Site or applies for the Program.

Effect and changes to the Terms

These Terms become effective upon posting on the Site. The Company may amend the Terms within the limits of applicable law, with notice on the Site at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes that are unfavorable to users, the Company gives notice at least 30 days in advance and notifies users individually via email or other means.

Roles of the Company and its partners

  • Company (Dropdown Co., Ltd.): Site development and operation, application intake, tuition collection (account holder), class schedule and graduation management, data management, user support, responsibility for the Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • DEEPI: a partner that supports program operations including instructor sourcing. Does not receive student personal data.
  • Union Pictures: provides K‑pop concert project field experience to all graduates and issues the concert project participation letter to those who actually work the show.

Application process

Seats are confirmed in the order bank transfers are received. Once the class is full, applications automatically roll over to the next class waitlist.

  • Complete the application form on the Site and consent to the Terms and Privacy Policy
  • Receive a payment email from the Company within 24 hours (account holder: Dropdown Co., Ltd., Toss Bank 1002-4759-1521)
  • Send the tuition via bank transfer to the account provided
  • Once payment is confirmed, your seat is locked in and KakaoTalk open chat details are shared
  • Orientation and class schedule are announced

Payment

  • Tuition: 880,000 KRW (VAT included, one payment per person, no installments)
  • Payment method: domestic KRW bank transfer only. Credit cards, debit cards, foreign-issued cards, PayPal, USD, and crypto are not supported.
  • Account holder: Dropdown Co., Ltd. The bank name and account number are sent by email within 24 hours of form submission.
  • Cash receipts and tax invoices: reply to the payment email to request, if needed.

Refund policy

This refund policy follows the Korean Private Education Act Enforcement Decree (Table 4) and the Fair Trade Commission consumer dispute guidelines (education services). It also expressly preserves the right of withdrawal under Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Refund requests should be sent to hello@dropdown.xyz. After identity verification, refunds are processed to an account in your own name within 7 business days. Refund remittance fees are covered by the Company.

Automatic cancellation if the class does not fill

This class recruits a total of 30 students. If fewer than 20 students have paid by the application deadline of midnight on Sunday, June 21, 2026, the Company cancels the class and automatically refunds all payments in full. Refund remittance fees are covered by the Company.

Certificate and concert project field experience

The core program consists of four weeks of classes, a certificate, and a network. Every graduate also receives the opportunity to take part in the K‑pop concert project field experience. No extra payment applies.

The four-week certificate is issued by Dropdown Co., Ltd. to every graduate. A concert project participation letter, issued by Union Pictures, is provided separately to users who actually take part in the concert project. The concert project field experience is operated by Union Pictures, and the schedule, role, and headcount may be adjusted based on operational considerations.

User obligations

  • You must enter accurate personal information at the time of application.
  • Class materials, recordings, and mentoring materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission outside of personal study.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or defamation directed at fellow students, mentors, or staff may result in immediate removal from the program. In that case, refunds are prorated under the Private Education Act Enforcement Decree (Table 4).
  • When taking part in the concert project field experience, you must follow the on-site safety rules and security obligations communicated separately by Union Pictures.

Company obligations

  • The Company does its best to operate the Site and run the program reliably.
  • The Company protects user personal data in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • The Company responds promptly to legitimate user feedback and complaints. If immediate handling is not possible, the Company shares the reason and an expected timeline.

Intellectual property

All copyrights in class materials, video, text, design, logos, certificate design, and other content provided through the Site or Program belong to the Company and its partner (Union Pictures). Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, perform, or display this content outside of personal study.

Limitation of liability

  • The Company is not liable for class schedule changes or interruptions due to force majeure, including natural disasters, war, government orders, or network failures. In such cases, remaining classes are made up on a separate schedule or refunded proportionally.
  • The Company is not liable for class disruptions caused by personal reasons such as visa changes, immigration matters, or academic schedules.
  • The Company expressly states that completion of the Program does not guarantee employment, visa extension, certification, or any similar outcome.

Dispute resolution and governing law

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Program, the Company and the user shall first attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion. If discussion fails, the parties shall first attempt dispute resolution through the Korea Consumer Agency and the Fair Trade Commission. If the dispute remains unresolved, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the court of first instance under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

These Terms take effect from 2026-04-29.
