My visa status was complicated and I hesitated. The mentor mapped out my exact case. That was the tipping point.

13 /FAQ

Frequently asked
questions.

If you do not see your answer, write it in the notes field at the bottom of the form below. We reply individually.

  • 01I'm an international student. Does my visa affect eligibility?

We can work with almost any visa case: D‑2 (student), D‑4 (training), F‑2, F‑4, F‑6, and more. A visa guide is included as a bonus, and during 1:1 mentoring we map out the employment paths that fit your specific status.

  • 02Can I keep up if my Korean is not strong?

All lectures are delivered in Korean, so you need at least basic conversational Korean to follow along. Some support materials, like the visa guide, are provided in both Korean and English.

  • 03Can I take the program online?

No online sessions. The point of this program is hands-on time at a real audio console and inside a real stage environment, which cannot be delivered through a screen. Only residents of Korea (D‑2, D‑4, D‑10, E‑series, etc.) can apply. Some support materials, like the visa guide, are provided separately as PDFs.

  • 04What is the refund policy?

100% refund within 7 days of payment or before the program starts. After the program starts, refunds follow the Korean Private Education Act Enforcement Decree (Table 4) and the Fair Trade Commission consumer dispute guidelines: 2/3 before 1/3 of the program, 1/2 before halfway, no refund after halfway. This class recruits 30 students, and if fewer than 20 have paid by the deadline (Sunday, June 21, 2026, midnight), the class is canceled, all payments are refunded in full automatically, and we re-open recruitment for the next class.

  • 05How does payment work?

Bank transfer only (domestic KRW). Credit cards and foreign-issued cards are not supported. After you submit the application form, you receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with the bank details (account holder: Dropdown Co., Ltd., Toss Bank 1002-4759-1521).

  • 06How many seats are there in each class?

Each class runs with a small group to keep the mentor-to-student ratio tight. Once seats are full, applications close immediately and the rest of the queue rolls into the next class.

  • 07Where does the certificate come from?

Dropdown Co., Ltd. issues the four-week certificate. Students who actually work the K‑pop concert also receive a separate concert project participation letter issued by Union Pictures (K‑pop concert production studio). Both documents carry weight inside the Korean entertainment industry and can be used on your résumé.

  • 08How many 1:1 mentor sessions do I get during the program?

You get 1:1 sessions with the three mentors (sound director, visual director, networking lead) during the four-week program. Both career and technical tracks are covered. The exact number is tailored to your track in coordination with the mentors.

  • 09Can everyone join the concert project field experience?

Yes. Every graduate gets hands-on time at a real K‑pop concert. No extra payment, and the schedule is separate from the four weeks of classes. After you confirm interest, schedule, role, and headcount are matched. Those who actually work the show receive a concert project participation letter issued by Union Pictures.

  • 10Will I stay in touch with my class and mentors after the program?

Yes. The moment your seat is confirmed, you join the KakaoTalk open chat, and it stays open for life. Future classes join too, so the alumni network keeps growing.

  • 11Is a job guaranteed?

We do not guarantee a job. What we do guarantee: a portfolio and résumé recruiters trust, real interview patterns, and direct lines to the mentors. See the three guarantees section above.

  • 12What happens after I apply?

Submit the form → receive a payment email within 24 hours → make the bank transfer → we confirm → join the KakaoTalk open chat → orientation details follow. Seats are confirmed in the order bank transfers are received.
