Fan to Pro

Fan to Pro is a job training program for the K-ent industry. The people building shows right now take you backstage and show you how a live show comes together.
Fan to Pro
Everyone starts as a fan. We know how far that love can carry you, and turning it into skills that hold up on a real set is the work we care about. So the people who enjoyed the shows from their seats become the ones who help make them from backstage.
Why it is different
01It does not stop at classroom theory. You learn on the same gear and in the same way that working A&R directors and sound engineers use on real sets. You build a hands-on feel for how the job actually works backstage.
02This is not a simulation. You put what you learn to work on an actual K-pop show produced by Union Pictures. That stage experience becomes part of your portfolio, backed by a certificate of participation from Union Pictures.
Cohort 1
Cohort 1 brought together students from 8 countries over 8 sessions and 16 hours, and everyone stepped onto a real production.

The sound class was my favorite. That was the first time I understood how much gets prepared behind the scenes before a single show reaches the stage.
The biggest thing was learning straight from industry people I would never have met on my own, and getting my questions answered right there.
I saw with my own eyes how the music actually runs behind the stage.
